Terms of Service
Effective October 20, 2026
Service
BoomHero is an AI digital human video platform for global social media. It provides tools to manage characters and creative assets, generate commerce and channel videos, edit, export, and publish with an authorized account. Output is produced by AI and may contain errors or differ from what you expect, so you must review it before use or publication.
Your account
You register with an email and password, or with a third-party login when that option is available. Keep your password safe. Actions taken through your account are treated as your own.
Your content and permissions
Only upload product information, images, videos, reference videos, and prompts you have the right to use. Before creating a character from a real person's likeness or voice, you must have that person's explicit consent, and you must not impersonate anyone. You keep the rights to what you upload and the videos you generate, and you grant us the permission needed to store, process, and transmit them to provide the service.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content, false or exaggerated product claims, breaches of TikTok or other platform rules, abuse, or automated attacks. We may suspend accounts that create security, legal, or platform risk.
Credits and billing
Generation tasks use AI credits at 1 credit = ¥1, with no plans or subscriptions. New accounts start with 0 credits. Each task shows its estimated credits before submission and is only charged after you confirm. Nothing is charged if generation does not start, and credits for tasks that clearly fail are returned automatically. Purchased credits do not expire, and price changes only apply to new quotes. Cash refund and invoicing terms will be published when online payment opens.
Publishing
Nothing is published for you automatically. TikTok publishing relies on the authorization you grant for your account, which you can revoke at any time. Instagram and YouTube currently support creation and export. You are responsible for the content you publish and its compliance.
Availability
The service depends on third-party platforms and model providers, whose features may be temporarily unavailable, changed, or discontinued. We work to keep the service stable and will tell you about significant changes in advance.
Changes to these terms
We post updates on this page and change the effective date. Continuing to use the service after an update takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
