Information we process
Account information: your email and a hashed password. Content you provide: product information, images, videos, reference video links, prompts, and the likeness used to create a character, which may include a face. Usage records: generation tasks, videos and versions, credit and top-up records, and publishing records. When you connect TikTok, we receive basic account information and the authorization needed to publish. We also keep the logs needed to secure the service and investigate problems.
How we use it
We use this information to authenticate accounts, keep each workspace's data separate, carry out the generation and publishing you request, maintain the credit ledger, secure the service, and provide support.
Service providers
Account and business data are stored on servers and databases we operate. We use Cloudflare for media storage and network services and Google Cloud for video rendering. The media and prompts a task needs are sent to the video or image model provider you choose, and when you authorize publishing, videos and publishing details are processed by TikTok and its publishing gateway provider. Providers only process data as far as the workflow requires.
International processing
Our servers and providers may be located outside your country or region, so your information may be stored and processed there.
Retention and deletion
Uploaded media and generated videos are kept for as long as your account exists. You can email us to delete specific content or close your account, and we will act on the request after verifying your identity. Copies in database backups are removed as backups rotate. Records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons are excepted.
Security
Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, customer data is separated by workspace, media is accessed through time-limited signed links, and service credentials are kept out of source code.
Your choices
You can contact us to access, correct, or delete your information, and you can revoke BoomHero's access in TikTok at any time.
Changes to this policy
We post updates on this page and change the effective date. We will tell you in advance about significant changes to how we process information.
